Short older lady with glasses had a bad attitude for no reason I bought a bottle of water for 2.50 and accidentally gave her 2.60 because I was distracted,so I asked her for my dime back and she swears I gave her 2.50 , she then angrily goes into the tip gar and give me the .10 back and says if that's all you need you can move and uses a move hand gesture to me , I said wow why the attitude for no reason,I would never patronize this business again, I make over 100k a year I can care less about a dime ,but business is business

I ordered five empanadas two of them are all beef. Two of them are two cheese which has cheddar and Monterey Jack and the other one was pizza. The pizza one was not bad. It reminds me pretty much besides the texture of the dough. It just reminds me of eaten like a hot pocket. And as for the Monterey Jack and cheddar, it was very stringy cheese pole. I ate it hot the way it was, but then I realized when they cool down a little bit, it was easier to eat from my preference to break the cheese without the pull tasty, but I would’ve loved maybe minced up hatched green chilies and jalapeños just to give you a little kick and spice inside The beef one would be my personal one always the general I would say it wouldn’t be my empanadas that I usually put other ingredients like green, Spanish olives , chopped up pieces of onion and other ingredients.. The frozen piña colada was really good. I could drink a gallon of that stuff, but then I would have an empty wallet. And that is the only sad part of today’s economy and restaurants. Everything to eat out is a little bit more higher price. I do wish that the city of Kissimmee did not have to charge such high rent to the café at the lakefront th

Slushies made eith real fruit. Very friendly service. The guy even gave us slushie and ice cream samples. A nice little ice cream and snack shop next to the lake.

First of all such amazing customer service! My husband and I have only been here a couple of times but each time the customer service cannot be beat. So from their food being made from scratch, to the fresh ice cream and frozen dessert treats….which are just amazing. I probably would not have even tried them after ordering my food if he hadn’t offered free samples and they were literally to die for. The empanadas are made from scratch very good sized and many different flavors to choose from. They even offer combos so you can add fries and a drink to your meal. Just cannot say enough wonderful things about this place in the customer service that you get.

The Ruby Plaza Cafe by Limbhelados is a really great little eatery. It’s listed as an ice cream shop and they do have very good soft serve cones and cups. The also serve a variety of fresh homemade empanadas in several fillings, churros and other nice snacks. The people are super friendly and accommodating and the covered open air seating is great.
